![]() Sales expertise is not only valuable to salespeople. No matter what kind of organization we are in we are constantly involved in selling. We may be involved in selling our ideas, a business plan or simply ourselves. We need to develop refined powers of persuasion in order to accomplish our goals. This intensive two-day program covers all aspects of selling needed to make you more successful. We will examine the best process to use as well as identifying and developing the skills and tactics necessary for effective persuasion and selling. |
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION To have an effective sales strategy, we must analyze both ourselves and the competition. This analysis then leads to developing a successful strategy. As salespeople, we have to develop a strategic set of missions that will lead us to our goals. Selling is the most vital part of the organization, but it is also the most difficult to control. This program will guide you in developing and implementing your sales strategy and improving your selling techniques. Program topics include: |
AUDIENCE Managers and executives who need strong persuasion skills; business professionals--lawyers, accountants, consultants; medical professionals, especially dentists and cosmetic surgeons; private bankers and commercial lenders; and of course, salespeople. |
