Desperate times call for decisive measures. Sensible solutions have never been more important for organizations. One-dimensional motivational theories usually produce weak results. Erroneous ideas that seem logical and sayings that have become clichés cost companies millions.

However, sound principles based on research lead to exceptional organizational solutions. The greatest managers may not have time to ‘deep dive’ but are exposed to people that do. Our instructors have extracted the facts about motivation and empowerment. As a seminar contributor, you will learn and engage the principles rapidly. The session will compel you to be a leading edge Motivator and “Empowerer!”

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

After participating this program, you will be able to answer the following questions:

what are the only two things that will cause people to be motivated,

why is it that I cannot truly motivate anyone (clue: “self-motivation”),

how can I create a team of self-motivators,

how can I use intrinsic motivators to sharply increase performance,

how can I become a Facilitator instead of a Controller,

how do I effectively influence without using punishments and rewards,

what is the most powerful tool I have in the workplace and for my career,

what is the pathway to amplified effectiveness, which will catapult my career,

  how can I avoid over-managing and under-leading

AUDIENCE

This highly interactive program is tailored to supervisors, managers, leaders, or HR professionals who are: tired of being told that “positive reinforcement” is the answer (it is not!), ready to profoundly transform their people management skills to the highest standards, troubled by the huge costs of employee turnover (and want to control it)concerned about their own ‘burn out’ and that of their employees, and skeptical of the barrage of mainstream assumptions thrust upon them by countless business ‘gurus’ (often without valid research or facts to support their views).
